The Rotary Club of Uyo Metropolis is a vibrant club made up of professionals and leaders committed to advancing goodwill and impactful service in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Chartered under Rotary International, we are dedicated to community development, humanitarian efforts, and leadership training through the spirit of “Service Above Self.”

Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution
We train leaders, provide mediation, and support peace-building in communities affected by conflict.
Disease Prevention and Treatment
We educate and equip communities to prevent disease and expand access to health care.
Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene
We ensure communities have sustainable access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene.
Maternal and Child Health
We expand access to quality maternal and child health care to ensure mothers and children survive and thrive.
Basic Education and Literacy
We strengthen the capacity of communities to support basic education and literacy for all.
Economic and Community Development
We carry out service projects that enhance economic and community development and create opportunities.
